  • Sitar Arts Center 1700 Kalorama Road Northwest Washington, DC, 20009 United States (map)

The Museum of the Palestinian People is proud to present "Voices from Gaza," a powerful live performance that underscores the resilience and enduring struggle of Palestinians. There will be two showings at the Sitar Arts Center.

  • May 5th, 2024, at 4 pm

  • May 12th, 2024, at 4 pm

"Voices from Gaza" features testimonies from Gaza from 2010 to 2024.

In 2010, the Ashtar Theater in Gaza collaborated with children across Gaza to share their stories from Israel’s 2008-2009 aggression on Gaza. These testimonies, eerily relevant today, offer a glimpse into the ongoing struggles faced by Palestinians in Gaza.

In addition to the original testimonies, the cast will share recent testimonies from Palestinians in Gaza over the last six months.

All narratives are performed by Palestinians local to the DC area, each who has offered their love to share these stories with us.

Ticket Options:

  • Resilience Monthly Club Members and students: $15

  • Early-bird (by May 2nd): $20

  • Regular and walk-up: $30

Don't miss this opportunity to witness testimonies spanning the Palestinian experience.
